22 Year Old American Arms Dealer

22 Year old Efraim Diveroli is the president of the company AEY Inc. which has according to U.S. government documents, done more than $10 million of business with the U.S. government since 2004. In 2007, it received a contract totaling more than $200 million to supply ammunition, assault rifles and other weapons to the Afghan National Army and police.

His grandfather told news reporters that Diveroli is now in Turkey or Albania doing his "patriotic" duty. "He's all over the world getting what the US military needs."

Hollywood, anyone? It is not a stretch to assume these young men saw the movie "Lord of War" with Nicholas Cage before founding their company. In fact, the parallels are astounding, right down to the guy's name which indicates foreign origins (Cage's character was from the Ukraine) and tender age (Cage similarly starts dealing arms early on). So much about Hollywood's influence on young people's aspirations in life, and kudos for entrepreneurial savvy, (I guess...)
As long as we need a military we will need companies supplying it - with adequate and "safe" ammunition, of course.
